Our industry focus includes home services and contractors, real estate and property management, aesthetic clinics and wellness/beauty businesses, and nonprofit and community organizations. We also support other growth-oriented businesses where disconnected systems, manual processes, or the lack of internal technology leadership are limiting growth.
A particularly important part of our mission is supporting nonprofit and community organizations. We believe mission-driven organizations should have access to the same practical technology, automation, and strategic guidance available to larger organizations. We help nonprofits improve donor and volunteer management, program operations, communications, reporting, data visibility, and technology adoption, allowing lean teams to spend more time and resources on their mission.
Community engagement is also part of who we are. Through our leadership, mentoring, volunteer activities, and support of entrepreneurship and community initiatives, we seek to use our technology expertise to create opportunities and strengthen the organizations and communities we serve.
1TC is led by Rose Fasanelli and Vanessa Ballarte, bringing more than four decades of combined experience across technology, business strategy, operations, digital transformation, AI, automation, and business development. This experience enables 1TC to bridge the gap between business strategy and technology execution, providing clients with practical guidance from assessment and strategy through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
1TC also work within a broader technology ecosystem and leverage leading SaaS, AI, automation, CRM, and business technology platforms when appropriate. Our recommendations are driven by the client's business requirements rather than a one-size-fits-all technology approach.
